Leaders in Training makes involvement easy. Choose your path:
Mentors - Adults (18+) or college students guide youth in leadership and life skills. All receive training and are matched based on shared interests.
Mentees - Youth in elementary, middle, or high school seeking support from a role model to build confidence and leadership skills.
To get started, fill out our quick interest form to indicate if you want to be a mentor or mentee. After submission, we’ll provide next steps and program details. Join the Leaders in Training family today!
